Retrieve coupon and loyalty operation pricing for your account.
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY and X-Device-ID: YOUR_DEVICE_ID. See authentication.
loyaltyCardSetUpFee is a fee in cents. percentagePerCouponLoad is a fractional rate, such as 0.01 for 1%. These example prices are illustrative; use the returned account values.
This endpoint exposes only coupon and loyalty pricing. It does not return the complete subscription catalog or all points/status charges.
